April brings powerful upgrades to help your team work more efficiently with new analytics tools, collaborative workflows, and enterprise management features designed to boost efficiency across every level of your advisory practice.

Sentiment Analysis

(Available for all licenses)

Your Zocks AI Assistant can help you to track and score your clients' sentiment during meetings, helping you understand how they react to certain conversation topics and whether they leave the meeting with an overall good impression.

Sentiment Analysis can be used for:

  • More tailored client communications and follow-ups
  • Enhanced client relationships by better understanding emotional drivers and to build trust by recognizing emotional cues
  • Tailor financial plans to comfort levels
  • Trend analysis over time and across team
  • Monitoring client retention signals

The Sentiment Analysis is available as an overall score and is shown as part of the meeting results. You can view the detailed analysis by participants and their individual sentiment timeline. You can also compare participant sentiment to conversation topics covered during the meeting.

Analytics Hub - Team member level insights

(Available for Preview and for Ultimate and above licenses)

The recently released Analytics Hub in Zocks enables you to gain insights and track trends on multiple levels - providing Practice, Advisor, and Client-level metrics. With the April release, we are continuing to expand the capabilities and charts based on user feedback. New in this release are Team Member level analytics, available from the Manage Team > My Team menu.

  • Advisor metrics: clients served, new clients added, meeting frequency, length and meeting platform analytics

  • Client metrics: most active clients, top clients by meeting length

Filtering for a group of Advisors

(Available for Professional and above licenses)

As part of our focus on time saving and efficiency, Administrative Assistants and Support Staff can now multi-select all the users they wish to filter on when viewing the Upcoming and Past meeting pages, rather than one advisor at a time. Administrative assistants working with multiple advisors or are in a dedicated work group can set up custom filters for the entire team or multiple team members.

Additionally, we’ve added Quick filters for All Scheduled meetings, All Processed Meetings and All Unprocessed Meetings for easy access.

New CRM Integrations - Hubspot & Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

(Available for all licenses)

Based on customer demand, Zocks has added Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations in this release.

The integrations (like all our CRM integrations) support two-way structured data syncing that allows for:

  • Contact syncing between your CRM and Zocks
  • Saving Zocks Meeting Summaries to your CRM
  • Creating Tasks in CRM
  • Meeting prep using CRM data and past Zocks Meeting Summaries
  • Email reply generation
  • Zocks’ Client Profiles
  • Zocks’ Form fill

Zocks provides out-of-the-box smart defaults for Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 users, but with our Elastic CRM layer, custom mappings for data objects and advanced workflows are also available.

As always, if you require support beyond our smart defaults with ANY of our supported CRM systems, use custom objects, or have built custom automation, please reach out to our Professional Services team so they can help set you up with custom mappings to streamline how Zocks works with your CRM.

Training and Coaching Insights

(Available for Preview and for Ultimate and above licenses)

In a continuous effort to help Zock users optimize their practice and enable their team to perform at their best, we’ve introduced several dashboarding and conversation tracking insights. These features enable account owners to look at their top performing advisors and identify the patterns and best practices that make them successful and utilize the insights to establish new standards for their teams.  

These include:

  • Meeting frequency and length analytics
  • Specialist roles needed on meetings and meeting role distributions
  • Talk time metrics
  • Advisor-led and Client-led topics and talking points
  • New client vs existing client distributions
  • Sentiment tracking based on conversation topics

These long-term insights allow you to spot the winning patterns and translate them into standard workflows, which can be especially useful for training new team members.

PII redaction - New categories

(Available for all licenses)

Financial advisory meetings, by nature, can cover really sensitive topics so Zocks allows removing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that includes details like names, contact info, and financial data. You can enable PII redaction to automatically remove these details from transcripts, and the redacted data won't be captured in summaries, forms and other areas of the platform.

With this release, Zocks has expanded the available PII categories you can choose from, which now includes ‘Confidential’ and ‘Medical Information’ too, containing data like credit card numbers, passwords and social security numbers and healthcare identifiers.
