Tax season is finally over and we are happy to announce that Zocks is here to help you even more with client meetings. For the last couple of weeks we have been focusing on making your Zocks experience as seamless as possible. Highlights for April include a newly launched our Knowledge Center to guide you through new features, added an easy-to-use Wealthbox integration, introduced Meeting Types for capturing even better notes and got close to releasing a new CRM integration, this time for Salesforce.

Our new Knowledge Center is here to help you to get the most out of Zocks in the easiest way possible. Find byte-sized guides for everything you might need to set up and customize Zocks exactly to your needs. Just click the Messenger icon in the bottom right corner and go to Help. Starting with 6 articles, updates coming bi-weekly.
Also we are launching an entire series of short video tutorials that you can follow along and get anything set up in Zocks within 3 minutes. You will be able to find all video tutorials in the Knowledge Center articles. Check out the first one explaining email follow-ups.
Meeting type customization can maximize your Zocks experience: tailor the way you interact with clients, gather relevant data from your meetings, and align meeting results with your workflow and communication preferences. As an example you can set up different meeting types for your annual check-in or onboarding calls.
Enables you to control the type of data you are gathering from meetings and arrange them according to your exact needs.
As the most requested CRM, the Wealthbox Integration is finally available on Zocks. It enables you to seamlessly synchronize entire meetings and tasks from Zocks to your CRM. Just go to Profile Settings, choose the Integrations tab and click the Connect button next to Wealthbox.
The second most requested CRM, Salesforce is also on the way. You should be able to have all your Zocks meetings and tasks synced to your Salesforce CRM in the next two weeks. Just let us know if you use Salesforce and we will send you a quick guide when it's live on Zocks.
