This month we are introducing something new and exciting that will greatly improve your efficiency and elevate your client experience. We are releasing an AI Agent as part of the Zocks platform. It’s easy to use, fast and will get better the more you use Zocks over time.
The first place you will see the AI Agent in use, is a new feature for Meeting Preparation. Zocks can now help you with preparing for upcoming meetings with a click of a button.
Using a combination of data from your connected CRM, the meeting invite, and all your previous conversations with your clients that have been analyzed by Zocks, the AI Agent will automatically generate the following:
You can also quickly adjust the four areas by interacting with the Zocks AI Agent directly via chat. You can ask it questions about past meetings or data stored in your CRM, and then give it instructions to dynamically update the agenda or email based on your input.
Meeting Preparation is now live for all users and can be accessed from the Upcoming Meetings page for any scheduled meetings you have. Find more information here, in our Knowledge Center.
Zocks has been enhanced to compare standard and custom fields in your connected CRM to key data points captured in Zocks meetings summaries. Suggested updates can be synced, which will automatically update your CRM, with just one click. You can access this feature from the Meeting Participants summary section from the participant list.
For users who’ve connected your Zocks and Wealthbox accounts, a new setting is available to enable Contact Syncing. When this is enabled, your Wealthbox contacts will be shared with Zocks automatically. This will help with automatically pairing meeting participants to existing contacts in Wealthbox, which greatly enhances the new AI Agent.
New to the Professional Plan, contacts can now be shared across teammates or marked private to individual users. If you are using the collaboration feature amongst your team, the visibility of contacts can now be controlled with this setting.
Based on requests from many compliance departments, Zocks Admins can now optionally restrict Users from deleting meetings if desired. This setting is available under Meeting Hub > Setup > Settings > Compliance.
We have another one for the compliance departments for the July Update! If you want to capture that you’ve gained verbal consent to use Zocks with a client, you can enable this setting under Meeting Hub > Setup > Settings > Consent. Zocks will update the Consent Status on the Contact Record any Confirmed or Denied results for client consent.
Last but not least… We had a great Webinar earlier this week with our friends at Wealthbox. Nearly 200 attended the webinar which was hosted by Wealthbox’s Jenna Ghibaudy. The recording for ‘How Advisors use Wealthbox & Zocks for AI-powered efficiency’, is available here (58:40). The webinar is packed with useful information for all of you using Wealthbox as your CRM. It also includes a demo with our new Meeting Preparation feature (which can also be used with Redtail and Salesforce btw).
