New Features, Partnerships, and Exciting News!

With longer days, a bit of sunshine peeking through and spring in the air, we’re excited to share the latest enhancements the Zocks team has been working on!

Interactive Learning Videos and Guides

As the Zocks platform grows rapidly, we stay committed to continuously providing up-to-date learning materials for our users. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to maximize productivity, these resources will guide you through every step in making the most out of Zocks’ Client Servicing features.

As a new format, we released two step-by-step, interactive tutorial videos for the new Event Filter and Meeting Type based workflows, and we are expanding this into a platform wide, systematic Learning Center throughout the year!

We’ll keep updating the articles to reflect the latest features as they’re released.

Analytics Hub

In the fast-paced world of financial advising, data-driven decision-making is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Analytics Hub, the latest feature in our AI-powered platform, designed to provide deep insights at every level of your practice.

You will find reports about:

  • Practice metrics: clients served, new clients added, meeting frequency, length and meeting platform analytics

  • Advisor metrics: team performance, average talk times, meetings that staff attended, meeting type analytics, booked vs actual meeting time, meeting preparation timeline

  • Client metrics: most active clients, top clients by meeting length

The Zocks team will continuously expand the list of built-in analytics. You can also contact our sales team for custom analytics that you would like to see in your account. If the Analytics Hub is not included in your subscription tier by default, you can request free trial access through the Contact Us button on the Dashboard.

Client Profiles - Automatically updating from email threads

Zocks’ enhanced Client Profiles are dynamically created and automatically updated using our built-in Client AI. When enabling Client Profiles for the first time, Zocks syncs available contact information from your connected CRM system and runs analytics on past meeting data to build up a trackable field-level history. The profiles are automatically maintained and updated so they can provide a solid basis for:

  • Identifying trends and patterns in customer behavior
  • Uncover opportunities, gaps and growth areas
  • Optimize client workflows while strengthening client trust

As a new enhancement, email threads with clients are now also feeding Client Profiles and the Ask Anything AI Assistant can also fully utilize the information in Client Profiles. For example, if a client mentions a specific investment goal in an email, that information will be automatically added to their profile.These features are first available to our customers in the Early Access Program (EAP). Support Staff workflows

Support Staff such as Administrative Assistants and Customer Support Managers are an integral part of most Advisors’ daily operations. They often process meeting notes and tasks, maintain client communication, and keep other systems up-to-date. Zocks is committed to providing helpful tools and features they can utilize to efficiently assist one or more advisors in their daily work.

Based on customer feedback, we’ve identified some key areas where Zocks is going extended its capabilities in the next four weeks:

  • Updated filtering on Upcoming and Past meetings, with the ability to select multiple Advisors to include in their views.
  • Ability to set defaults for processing an Advisors’ work
  • User Permissions to edit Meeting Templates and set up resources for the team.
  • Ability to utilize Zocks for analyzing their own meetings and for generating their own meeting summaries.

Event Filters in Zocks

We get it. You may not need Zocks to be in every meeting and conversation (it’s okay, it’s just a bot, you won’t hurt its feelings). Sometimes you are talking with family and friends or have a re-occurring personal meeting, or a big conference call with lots of participants - where you just don’t need a notetaker. With that in mind, we’ve added more granular filters to control when and what meetings Zocks attends (or doesn’t attend)

You can now filter and set default behavior by:

  • Meeting Source: E-mail (assistant@invite.zocks.io added as a meeting invitee), Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Wealthbox Calendar, Redtail Calendar
  • Meeting Platform: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, In-Person, Phone
  • Meeting Title: keywords in your meeting title
  • Number of Participants: number of invitees
  • Host: the host on the meeting, specific email addresses or email domains can also be filtered
  • CRM event type: event type set up in your CRM calendar

We are also now including In-Person and Phone Meetings on the Upcoming Meetings Page and the new filters can also be applied to those meeting types.

On-demand Form Fill on Contacts

We recently released AI-based Form Fill and it has quickly become a user favourite feature in Zocks. Custom Forms can be easily created and added to Meeting Types to support your new client intake and onboarding flows as an example. With this release, we’ve expanded this capability to fill in Forms on-demand, which can be especially handy when you want to enroll existing clients in new advisory workflows or collect missing information to complete registration in an external system.

You can achieve this by navigating to the Library > Contacts menu, select the Client you want to fill in the Form for, and select the specific Form Fill option in the AI Assistant dropdown menu. In the AI Assistant window, you will be able to select the Form you would like to run. Running Forms on-demand uses connected CRM information, past meeting information and email information too if you have access to the Email Hub.

Citation on Meeting Prep and Emails

Credibility and compliance are two really important aspects of every Financial Advisors work routine and to assist this Zocks is introducing ‘AI Citation’. Now when preparing for meetings or crafting email replies, you’ll know exactly where the information Zocks is utilizing comes from, giving you confidence in your decisions and communications.

The source of the information is marked and linked to the text sections so you can go back to the original meeting and see the full context, and you can also see CRM-based information sections.

Osaic Partners with Zocks to Give All of Their 11,000 Advisors Access

ICYMI… We just announced a new partnership with Osaic! Our collaboration empowers Osaic’s advisors with Zocks’ Client Intelligence Platform for streamlining workflows, enhancing client engagement, and driving better data-driven decisions while ensuring the highest standards of privacy and security.
