October Product Update

October was definitely a busy month for all of us here at Zocks!

Our sales and marketing teams were on the road for several tradeshows and our quickly expanding product team delivered several new and significant platform-level features. These new features also lay the groundwork to allow Zocks to bring new and exciting capabilities in the coming months.

Key highlights in this update include:

- New Features:

  • Mobile & Landline Phone Call Support: The Zocks AI Assistant can now be used to analyze and summarize conversations from mobile and landline phone calls.
  • New Meeting Summary and AI Agent: Zocks now includes a new Meeting Summary and your Zocks AI Assistant can interact with it to update your results dynamically.
  • New Email Reply AI Agent: Your Zocks AI Assistant can now help with generating contextual draft email replies to clients based on past conversations and connected information in CRM.

- Enhanced ‘Intelligence Presets’ and Meeting Outputs.

Mobile & Landline Phone Call Support

The first big item on our list is the newly added support for Phone calls! Zocks can now be used to analyze and summarize conversations from Phone calls. You will get the same AI-based meeting summary and client intelligence as with virtual and in-person meetings, but now with Phone conversations as well.

Phone support has been one of our most requested features so we’ve prepared an entire roadmap around it. Mobile Phone support is available now on all accounts, and our Landline support is rolling out right now as well. We will follow landline number support with additional support for shared landlines, and other conference call solutions to cover the full spectrum of phone calls in the near future.

One-time identification and linking is possible via a Text message code for Mobile Numbers and via voice code for Landline Numbers.

To use, you can simply call your Zocks Assistant number first then start a Group or Conference Call and call and merge your client into the conversation. Or you can alternatively call your client first (or receive a call) and then add the Zocks Assistant into the call afterwards. When adding the Zocks Assistant to your call, there will be an audible announcement that Zocks has joined the conversation. These Phone Calls will show up in your Past Meetings the same way as your other meetings do but will be marked with a phone icon.

New Meeting Summary & AI Agent

Our new and much improved Meeting Summary and AI Agent are now live and available on all accounts for this update. It is a complete overhaul of how the meeting summary output is produced, what it includes, and how it is formatted - all with the supporting help of an interactive AI Agent. Based on your invaluable feedback during the Early Access program, we made sure to further enhance the output and the AI Agent capabilities.

You can now simply instruct the AI Agent, using natural language instructions, on how you want to customize your Zocks Meeting Summaries. This includes embedding any of the metadata about the meeting (name, date, time), the participants, any existing Meeting Presets from the Zocks library, and/or natural language prompts you provide as instructions. You can also ask questions about your meetings and instruct the Agent to elaborate on any detail you'd want to know more about. The Agent can access all the information from your past meetings, and connected CRM and Calendar.

Some examples of what it can do for you:

  • “Spell Carrie’s name with K instead of C” - The agent will edit the client’s name everywhere in Zocks and remember this preference in the future
  • "Tell me more about the first task I have from our last meeting" is going to result in a detailed answer with context for your task from past meetings, and connected CRM and Calendar.
  • “Add the Decision Tracker under the Follow-Up Tasks, and include details about our discussion regarding Life Insurance.”

The new Meeting Summary page will be in addition to the existing Detailed Meeting Summary and available side-by-side to provide an easy transition.

The AI Agent can support complex requests and batch operations but you might want to quickly append a task or change the wording to your liking directly. For that, we also created a Full Page Edit mode that makes editing the meeting summary manually, much easier and quicker.

New Email Reply AI Agent

We know that servicing your clients goes well beyond just meeting prep, meeting notes and follow ups - so we are introducing a new feature for email reply automation to the Zocks platform!

Zocks’ new Email Reply AI Agent can look through past meetings, stored contact information, and also search your connected CRM for information and past emails, to intelligently create a draft reply to your client with contextual information.

This new feature can be accessed from the Library > Contacts > Select a Contact > Select ‘E-mail reply’ under AI Assistant.

The initial release allows you to copy and paste an email you receive from your client and want the Zocks AI Assistant to suggest a reply to. The next phase will include a much deeper integration with email clients.

This also lays the foundation for Zocks to generate Annual Letters or Quarterly Review Letters in a subsequent release.

We’ve put together a short survey to help us determine priorities for additional features and direction. It takes less than 5 minutes and we would highly appreciate your feedback.

Enhanced Intelligence Presets and Meeting Outputs

Our Product Team is constantly monitoring and testing the latest developments in foundational Large Language Models in an effort to improve the Zocks ‘Intelligence Presets’ (The panels of results) used for generating your Meeting Summaries. With this product update, we are starting to roll out enhancements based on customer feedback and results from testing performance against current models.

You can expect the following improvements:

  • Financial Facts & Non-Financial Personal Information - Both Presets have been updated to include more fine-grained data points and improved formatting
  • List of Life Events - Has been updated to include more factual life events and improved accuracy of results.
  • Financial Facts by Topic - Has been improved on how facts are sorted and organized within the topics
  • Accounts to be Opened - Has been updated for improved accuracy.
  • Account Actions - Has been improved for better identification and accuracy for actions to be taken.
  • Follow-Up Tasks - Has been improved to reduce duplicates and include more concise information.
  • Family Tree - Has been improved to capture more family members with improved identification of the relationship connection.
  • Summary by Topics - Has been improved to capture more detailed information for each of the topics discussed.
  • Decision Tracker - Has been enhanced to also identify decision where no agreement or conclusion was reached.
