We are excited to announce the rollout of the first new features of Zocks 2.0 in the form of two new AI Agents. We are also introducing several CRM integration enhancements for both Wealthbox and Redtail, and added support for email-based archiving of transcripts for our September Product Update!
Zocks 2.0 utilizes an Agentic AI-centric design, with dedicated AI Agents focused on your most important workflows. First introduced with the Meeting Preparation Agent, we are adding two new Agents to make Zocks even better in this monthly update. We have been working closely with teams of advisors to make sure all our new Zocks Agents are ready to solve your problems out-of-the-box with little to no customization.
The newest Zocks Agent addition is a complete overhaul of how the meeting summary output is produced, what it includes, and how it is formatted - all with the supporting help of an interactive AI Agent.
With this update, you can now simply instruct the AI Agent, using natural language instructions, on how you want to customize your Zocks Meeting Summaries. This includes embedding any of the metadata about the meeting (name, date, time), the participants, any existing Meeting Presets from the Zocks library, and/or natural language prompts you provide as instructions. You can also ask questions about your meetings and instruct the Agent to elaborate on any detail you'd want to know more about. The Agent can also access all the information from your past meetings, and connected CRM and Calendar. The results can also be used for that specific meeting or saved as a future template for future meetings.

The new Meeting Summary page will be in addition to the existing Detailed Meeting Summary and available side-by-side to provide ample time for users to get used to this new approach. We are starting to roll out this Zocks Agent this week. Reply to this message if you want to be among the first customers to try it out.
The second Zocks Agent being introduced is designed to help with improving Participant Assignment especially for in-person meetings when names are not always used during the conversation. On the assignment configuration pop-up, the Zocks Agent will display key excerpts from the conversation made by the speaker to provide context and guidance when needed.
The Configuration Agent is available from today for all Zocks customers.
Automated contact syncing from Redtail to Zocks is now supported.
Your Redtail Calendar now integrates with Zocks, pulling in your meetings from your CRM.
If you are saving Zocks Meeting Summaries as an Activity in Redtail, you can now append your notes to an existing activity. Previously, Zocks would create a new meeting activity. When saving, Zocks will now show a drop down list of activities (Calendar Events) to select from that the contact is associated with.
After a meeting summary is generated, Zocks can now show any existing Wealthbox workflows a contact has in process, and/or suggest a list of Wealthbox workflows that can be started. Users can advance the contact in the existing workflow or start a new workflow directly from within Zocks.
Your Wealthbox Calendar now integrates with Zocks, pulling in your meetings from your CRM.

Zocks now supports transcript archiving leveraging SMTP which is widely used by systems like Global Relay, Smarsh, Proofpoint and others. We’ve created a default template for what can be archived, but it is highly configurable for a variety of data elements including transcripts, consent and generated results. This feature is currently limited to Enterprise level customers using the Professional product, but we are interested in hearing if there is demand for smaller customers.
